The room was clean and the bedding was fresh and nicely pressed. Although breakfast was included, it was only served between 8 to 9am which was a short window. The breakfast menu was basic but good enough.

Well situated to get to cape cornwall and lands end. there are also grocers, pubs, cafes on either side of the property with a really decent Chinese takeaway across the road. the room is pleasantly clean but the mattress needs an upgrade.
